More Canadian consumers are opting to lease when acquiring new and used cars.
Leasing fell to a low of seven per cent in 2009 but has since increased in popularity to the point where almost 20 percent of cars in Canada were leased in 2014. I wish to thank you and the Victoria Premium Automobiles staff for your efforts in finding, vetting, shipping and preparing the 2006 BMW 650i of which I took delivery a few weeks ago. The car is flawless, as was assured to me by you and the Toronto seller. Pre-sale preparation and meticulous attention to detail during that process was much appreciated.
I had been looking for some time for a late model, low mileage, well optioned 650i convertible with a six speed manual gearbox. During the search I had many discussions with sales staff of other the high-end car lots in and around Victoria. As I was a committed purchaser, I suggested these individuals use their resources to locate a 650i as described. Until I received your call that you had located the specific car; I might add only two days after our initial meeting, I had not received a single response from the other lots. I believe this speaks to a philosophy that customer service begins well before a sale.
The entire process was well organized and, from a buyer's perspective, managed so as to mitigate inherent uncertainties of an out-of-province auto purchase. Because of this and my other comments above, I will recommend the services of Victoria Premium Automobiles without reservation.

My experience with Victoria Premium Auto has been great. They have backed up every word and promise, which I didn't expect from a used car dealer. Ed has turned into more of a friend than a salesman or owner. They kept their word and promise in regards to warranty of the car and have stood behind their product and actions.
